Right of Withdrawal
If you made a purchase as a consumer (i.e. for purposes unrelated to business or professional activities), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of delivery, without having to provide any reason.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written request within the deadline to the email address: sales@3daircraftmodels, including the following details:

You will then receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:

Be unused and undamaged

Be returned in their original packaging, complete in all parts

Be safely packaged to avoid damage during transport
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Digital files or instant downloads (if applicable)

Products that are used or damaged by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
