Available payment methods

Purchases made through the 3D Aircraft Models website can be paid for using the payment methods available during checkout.

Currently accepted methods include:

• credit and debit cards;

• PayPal;

• instalment payment options, when available for the order and the customer.

The payment options actually available are shown before the purchase is confirmed.

Credit and debit cards

Card payments are processed through authorised external service providers.

Additional security checks may be required during the transaction, such as temporary verification codes, confirmation through a banking app or other authentication methods required by the card issuer.

3D Aircraft Models does not directly store the complete card details used for payment.

The order will only be processed once the transaction has been successfully authorised.

PayPal

When PayPal is selected, the customer is redirected to the relevant service to complete the payment in accordance with the terms applicable to their account. The order is confirmed after the payment provider has notified us that the transaction was successful.

Instalment payments

When available, instalment payment options are offered directly during checkout.

Availability, number of instalments, amounts, due dates, any applicable costs and approval criteria are determined by the payment service provider and are shown to the customer before confirmation.

Approval of an instalment payment plan is entirely subject to the assessment carried out by the relevant provider. 3D Aircraft Models does not take part in the approval process and cannot guarantee acceptance.

Payment security

Transactions are handled through external payment platforms that apply their own security and authentication systems.

Customers must check that the information entered is correct and use only payment methods they are legally entitled or authorised to use.

If anomalies are detected, further checks are required, payment is not authorised or information is incomplete, the order may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.

Currency and amounts

Prices on the website are shown in euros.

Before the order is confirmed, the customer is shown the price of the products, shipping charges and any other applicable costs.

For payments made using accounts or cards denominated in a currency other than the euro, the payment provider or the customer’s bank may apply currency conversion rates, fees or other conditions.

Charges and order confirmation

Charges are made according to the rules of the selected payment method.

Automatic receipt of an order does not constitute final confirmation of product availability. If an item cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and any amount already paid will be refunded.

Refunds

Where applicable, refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. The time required for the refunded amount to become available may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment network involved.
